About Galaxy Play

Galaxy Play is an independent website that helps everyday players get more out of mobile games and Android apps.

We started Galaxy Play because most gaming advice online falls into two camps: hype-driven lists that never explain why something is good, or forum threads that are hard to follow. We wanted a calm, trustworthy place where a parent, a commuter, or a competitive player could find clear answers and get back to playing.

• Android how-tos — settings, storage, notifications, and fixes in plain English.

Who writes our guides

Our guides are written and reviewed by the Galaxy Play Editorial Team, a small group of writers who play on Android phones and tablets every day. Before we publish a how-to, we follow the steps on a real device. When an app redesigns its menus or a price changes, we update the guide and show the updated date at the top.

What we will never do

• We never publish cheats, hacked or “modded” apps, or links to unofficial APK downloads.
• We never promise free in-game currency or run “generators.”
• We never accept payment to change a recommendation.
